I just wanted to send you a little note on how impressed I was with your staff at the Hancock Tower last night.  Your staff both at the picture taking area and the viewing area were great, not only to our group but to every group.  They were funny, engaging (while not being pushy or annoying) and were taking great photos.  We bought several copies of our photo.  Thanks for letting us capture our fun time!
